Work areas with veterans

Each veteran has their own unique circumstances and requests, and we always focus on those when providing assistance. It is important for us to understand the main problem or problems of a person in order to find the most effective ways to solve them together with him. In particular, we work with the following components of the psychological recovery of veterans:

Cognitive: manage your
own thinking, work with
your own thoughts
and beliefs

Emotional: to realize and
understand your feelings,
emotions and reactions
and manage them

Physical: quality sleep,
nutrition, physical
loads, techniques
relaxation and breathing
